As the Luxembourg Presidency of the Council of the EU and the Presidency trio of Italy, Latvia and Luxembourg nears the end of its mandate, Laura Valli, Health and Social Security Attaché, Permanent Representation of Luxembourg to the EU, reflected on the priorities and achievements of the Luxembourg Presidency and the Presidency trio in relation to health and the outcomes of the 7 December Employment, Social Policy, Health and Consumer Affairs Council (EPSCO). Marianne Vaes, Health Counsellor at the Permanent Representation of the Netherlands to the EU,presented the plans for the upcoming Dutch Presidency and Presidency trio in the health area.
