Robin Huguenot-Noël is a Policy Analyst at the European Policy Centre (EPC) on the Sustainable Prosperity for Europe Programme.

His research concentrates on EU economic governance, industrial policy and trade.   

Before joining the EPC, Robin worked as Policy Adviser in the UK Treasury, the European Commission (as a Seconded National Expert) and the French Assemblée Nationale. Robin was also Teaching Assistant in the United States (Fulbright scholarship).

Robin graduated from the College of Europe in Natolin (Poland) and holds a master-degree in International Relations from Sciences Po Lille (France) and the University of Münster (Germany). He also holds a Diploma in Economics from the University of Birkbeck – London (United Kingdom).
