Vasyl Belmega is Programme Assistant. He is working with the Eastern Promises Project, Turkish Insights Project, and Balkans Forum.

He graduated from the National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy” with a Master of Arts in Political Science. He holds also MA in European Public Affairs (Maastricht University, the Netherlands).

From 2008 until 2009, he worked as Head of TAIEX Sector at the Centre for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union. He also served as Head of Project Management Unit at the School of Senior Civil Service of Ukraine from 2009 to 2010. Since May 2011, Vasyl Belmega has been working at the EPC.
