Eva De Francesco
Policy Analyst
Eva De Francesco is a policy analyst for the Sustainable Prosperity for Europe programme. Her research focuses on the European Green Deal in relation to sustainable finance, migration and youth policies.
Prior to joining the EPC, Eva worked for the European Investment Bank, one of the largest financers of climate action. Her work in the environment and natural resources department dealt with communication and policy in the blue economy, urban and regional development, water and bio-economy sectors.

Eva holds a PhD in Politics from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow and a Master of Arts in International Affairs from the University of Exeter. Using configurational comparative methods, her research looked at international organisations and factors affecting member state cooperation.
