This workshop discussed the next steps after the Clean Energy for all Europeans package with reference to energy poverty. It further focused on arguments for and against the main energy poverty indicators used at national level across the EU and to what extent are they based on national specificities. Participants also explored how the effectiveness of bottom up initiatives is measured in Europe and what indicators give the most reliable information.
