Drăgălina Moraru is an Executive Assistant at the European Policy Centre.
Prior to joining the EPC, she served as a Junior Expert at the EU High-Level Advisers Mission to the Republic of Moldova, focusing on strategic coordination and European affairs, and providing support to the cabinet of the President of the RM. She also completed a Blue Book Traineeship at the European Commission (DG EAC) and worked at the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung in Chișinău, contributing to projects on governance, democracy, and European integration.
Dragalina holds a Master’s degree in Intercultural Communication and European Studies from Fulda University of Applied Sciences, and a Bachelor’s degree in Translation and Interpretation from Moldova State University. Her professional interests include EU enlargement, democratic governance, and strategic communication.
