Ivanina Valeva Hamdi is Project and Liaison Manager at the European Policy Centre, where she has played a pivotal role in advancing the organisation’s project management capacity. Since joining EPC in 2016, Ivanina has progressively evolved from administrative and event support into a senior role overseeing the full lifecycle of projects across the organisation and reporting to Management the project and membership financial data.

Her work has been instrumental in embedding project management best practices, integrating digital tools such as SAP and MARI, and aligning project management processes with EPC’s long-term strategic goals. Ivanina also leads on programme-level liaison, with strong communication with Head of Programmes, ensuring coherence between project execution and broader organisational priorities.

Ivanina also oversees membership relations for non-corporate members, and the financial and administrative management of all EPC membership.

Ivanina is leading the Project Management team, responsible for supporting consistent project management standards across all EPC programmes.

Ivanina holds Master’s degrees in International Business & Management (ICHEC Brussels) and Economics & Management of International Tourism (University of Economics, Varna), and Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management of Tourism (University of Economics, Varna).
