Darragh Cunningham is a Programme Assistant for the Sustainable Prosperity in Europe programme. He supports several activities along with monitoring and analysing developments of the programme pertinent to circular economy, environment, agriculture and smarter use of resources.

Prior to joining the EPC, Darragh worked as an environmental consultant at Arctik working primarily on a newly launched initiative of the European Commission known as EREK – European Resource Efficiency Knowledge Centre. Preceding this, Darragh worked as a project support officer at EUROCITIES and undertook a Bluebook traineeship at the European Commission working for the Cabinet of Commissioner Vella- Environment, Maritime Affairs & Fisheries.

Darragh holds a BA in Geography from the National University of Ireland, Maynooth along with an MSc in Environmental Policy from University College Dublin.
