In various European regions, challenges like youth unemployment, educational dropouts, and skills mismatches persist, posing significant implications for individuals, economies, and societies. Given the new politico-institutional mandate, addressing these challenges and priorities is crucial for decision-makers, experts, practitioners, and young people. Ahead of the European elections, this online conference will provide a space for dialogue on these issues.
Discussions will cover EU a discussion of European responses and policies and explore best practices and challenges in young people's empowerment through education and the labor market. This event is jointly organised with StartNet, a project that strives for young people’s successful transition from education to employment.
