The EPC celebrated its 25th Anniversary in 2022. We commemorated this on Thursday, 1st of December 2022, with a high-level, public Jubilee Conference, “The EU’s Reckoning With Power”.
This theme was explored from different angles, recognising that President Putin's war of aggression against Ukraine is a watershed moment in European history. Topics covered included the EU’s foreign, security and defence policies; power dynamics between EU and national levels of governance; the EU’s green power; and the Union’s capacity to act in the face of multiple ongoing crises.
