The European Policy Centre is pleased to invite you to the CHES Annual Lecture, which will be held in person at the European Confederation of Independent Trade Unions, Avenue des Arts 19, 1000 Brussels.
At this CHES Annual Lecture, Dr Barbosa will provide insights into enhancing interregional cooperation between the US and EU within the global health security agenda and diplomacy. As we strive towards strengthening our health systems in response to demographic shifts, this discussion will focus on how the US and EU can collaborate to tackle pressing global health challenges. Topics will include climate change, health data management, healthy longevity, and the role of multilateral diplomacy in advancing these priorities. Special attention will be given to global forums such as the G20, as well as regional entities like Mercosur and CARICOM in relation to the European Union.
