Laura is an Events and Communications Assistant at the European Policy Centre (EPC), where she supports the organisation of high-level events and contributes to fostering informed, evidence-based policy dialogue on European integration and across EPC’s programme areas.
Prior to joining EPC, Laura worked on programme coordination and UN liaison at the UNESCO Iraq Office, as well as on enlargement and international partnerships at the European Commission. She has also published a policy paper at the Overseas Development Institute exploring innovative approaches to financing for development.
Laura holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Economics from Johns Hopkins University SAIS, where she specialised in European studies, EU Neighbourhood Policy, and the Middle East. Passionate about multiculturalism, she has studied and worked in ten countries across three continents—through these experiences, she added English, Italian, French, and some Arabic to her native Spanish and Valencian.
