Laura Picot is a Visiting Policy Fellow within the Sustainable Prosperity for Europe programme, where her work focuses on agrifood, climate and nature.
Before joining the EPC, Laura was a Manager in Nature and Food at the international sustainability consultancy Systemiq and previously was a specialist advisor to the UN FAO. She is also an Advisory Board Member of TABLE, a food systems knowledge platform.
She holds a PhD in Climate Adaptation, Equity, and Food Security from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Environment and Development from the London School of Economics (LSE).
