During her studies, Tara was involved in various international projects, including the EUTOPIA , the Globalization Program in Venice and the International Research Project with Aeclipse. She was also a member of the Slovenian assessment team at the Educational Research Center for the OECD's PISA and PIRLS projects.

Before joining the EPC, Tara was working as an assistant at the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD). She is passionate about global challenges such as sustainability, social rights and migration, and is committed to supporting impactful policy projects.
