The transition from a linear to a circular economy, where resources and materials are restored and reused, requires overcoming obstacles, including a complex mix of processes and materials and a lack of collaboration between relevant actors. The EPC Task Force Digital Roadmap for a Circular Economy discusses how digitalisation can support the transition to a circular economy with the objective of developing a roadmap for action that will boost the synergies between the circular economy and digital agendas.
