Second Career Labour Markets for Older Workers: Framing the debate on more employment opportunities for older workers

In this discussion paper, Laura Naegele, Claire Dhéret and Eric Thode present 10 concrete proposals for policy action aiming to facilitate the creation of second career opportunities across Europe and the participation of older workers in the labour market. These proposals will be debated during the course of a joint research project between the EPC and the Bertelsmann Stiftung, entitled 'Second Career Labour Markets – Towards more employment opportunities for older workers'.
