In his Working Paper on the European Union and Global Governance, EPC Director of Studies, Fraser Cameron, argues that the EU must do more to ensure "effective mulitlateralism." He is critical of the Commission and Member States for failing to debate let alone take action on how the EU might increase its presence on the world scene, particularly as the pace of globalisation increases.
