Johannes Weiss
Programme Assistant 'Connecting Europe'
Johannes Weiss joined the EPC in January 2019 as Programme Assistant of the joint EPC-Stiftung Mercator project 'Connecting Europe', which aims to connect the projects supported by Stiftung Mercator with the Brussels policy community.

Prior to joining the EPC, Johannes worked at the European Parliament Research Service, the in-house think tank of the European Parliament. His previous work experience comprises internships at the Institute for European Politics in Berlin and the Representation of the Free State of Bavaria to the EU in Brussels. Johannes holds a Master’s degree in Political Science with a focus on European Studies from the Friedrich-Schiller-University Jena in Germany and a Bachelor’s degree of Governance and Public Policy from the University of Passau in Germany.
